As many of you know, I became a landlord, unwillingly, on my 67th birthday. I rented my unsold house in Mason after having it on the market for 1.5 years. Help!

Okay. Now we have TWO beers. Ron Clark complained to me that if he was a realtor and sold the house, it would be 7% of the price. At this point, 7% might be less than two beers.
I have a realtor's license in North Carolina. Could you move your house there?
I think we should turn it into a Fraternity House and then we could party all night and not have to rent any place for a Class Reunion>
