I just love the ways you gals talk about a teacher like Jim Lagoe. "His class was so interesting because ......" Get real gals, you thought he was "hot." At least we guys are truthful, Gwen Lagoe was hot!
Miss Fox. I do remember more than once incurring her rath. Seems like her class would not have been complete if I weren't standing with my nose in a circle on the blackboard for chewing gum. However, she was one of my more memorable teachers.
I remember in class with Miss Fox when Barney and Moose were passing notes. I sat between them. Miss Fox came down the aisle towards me to get the note I was passing for them. Just as she reached for it, I threw my arm out and she landed about three seats behind me. She said, "I guess I had that coming." and then proceeded to tell me that if she came down the aisle at me, I had nothing to worry about. But, if she went & opened the window first, I was really in trouble. Never let it be said that she didn't have a sense of humor.

"Hot" didn't even occur to me in reference to Jim Lagoe....then. Is he still alive?
